By creating an account, accessing our website, using our mobile application, or using any aroKonnect service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating your account and keeping your account information up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activities carried out through your account.

aroKonnect provides digital and utility services including, where available:

• Airtime recharge.
• Mobile data plans.
• Electricity bill payments.
• Cable TV subscriptions.
• Educational examination PINs.
• Wallet and related payment services.

Available services, prices, providers, and service conditions may change from time to time.

You are responsible for reviewing transaction details before confirming a purchase or payment.

Once a transaction has been successfully processed, it may not be reversible where the relevant service provider does not support cancellation or reversal.

Where a transaction fails or a service is not successfully delivered, aroKonnect may investigate the transaction and, where appropriate, process a reversal or refund in accordance with our transaction procedures and the applicable provider's rules.

You agree to use aroKonnect only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Use aroKonnect for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or our systems.

The availability and performance of these services may depend on the relevant third party.

We are not responsible for interruptions, delays, failures, or changes caused by a third-party provider outside our reasonable control.
